Notice of Resignation of Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association PAC #1347578
FPPC:
This letter should serve as notice that I am no longer serving as treasurer for the Silicon Valley
Taxpayers Association PAC, FPPC #1347578. 1 have referenced the advice letter dated March
16, 2010, File No. A-10-038 in preparation of this letter.
I have encountered difficulty over a period of months due to conflicting schedules, geographical
distances, and delays in identifying a successor prior to my own personal international travel in
securing a successor treasurer.
I had resigned from the committee already on May 4, 2022, and to my knowledge the
organization has not appointed a successor. As of today, as well, the website has not been
updated to reflect this change since May 4, 2022.
As I have not been given any clarity whether an amended Form 410 has been filed, I am
following the suggestion procedures in A-10-038 and providing this cover letter and below:
Enclosed is:
1) This cover letter describing the situation and my resignation effective today July 16,
2022. A new treasurer needs to be appointed by the organization and that notification
provided on an amended Form 410 within 10 days of appointment.
2) A Form 410 with the treasurer section blank. Mark Hinkle will remain the chair of the
organization.
3) Copies will be provided to all pertinent parties as CC'd below
