CUPERTINO CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING
At 7:30 a.m., Mayor Darcy Paul called the Special City Council Meeting to order in the
Cupertino Community Hall Council Chamber, 10350 Torre Avenue.
In open session before Council convened in closed session, the Mayor called for any members
of the public who were present to provide comment regarding any item on the agenda. No
members of the public requested to speak. Mayor Paul then closed the session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Darcy Paul, Vice Mayor Liang Chao, and Councilmembers Kitty Moore, Hung
Wei, and Jon Robert Willey. Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION

Council conducted the Public Employee Employment (Gov’t Code 54957(b)(1)); Title:

No reportable action was taken.
Mayor Paul ended the closed session.
