SPECIAL MEETING
At 5:00 p.m., Mayor Darcy Paul called the Special City Council Meeting to order. This was a
teleconference meeting with no physical location.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Darcy Paul, Vice Mayor Liang Chao, and Councilmembers Kitty Moore, Hung
Wei, and Councilmember Jon Robert Willey. All Councilmembers teleconferenced for the
meeting.
In open session before Council convened in closed session, the Mayor called for any members of
the public who were present to provide comment regarding any item on the agenda. The
following people spoke.
Stanley Young, from IFPTE Local 21 and on behalf of Local 21 CEA members, supported fair
and collaborative negotiations.
Alex Corbalis, on behalf of CEA, supported a collaborative process.
Gian Paolo Martire, on behalf of CEA, supported a fair and collaborative process.
Mayor Paul closed the public comment period.
