CUPERTINO, CA 93014 NO FEt_ L', ACCORDANCE WITH 60V C,ODr 8851700 J 758PAGE 2C3 RESOLUTION NO. 6872 Fillip FC,;� r c:�'u��D AT M ,;�UzS-j-o JUL Liiul;J A RESOIU'TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d) OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984, PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MIRA VISTA AND SANTA PAULA WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment between Parcel A and Parcel B of that certain Record of Survey Recorded in Book 222 of Maps at Page 48, Santa Clara County Records; and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel map is required; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cupertino hereby hereby approves the corrected lot line adjustment and exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
