APPROVINGLOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BE vq= TWO PARCELS OF LAND WITHUJT
A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d) OF
SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS ANEN= JANUARY 1, 1984,
LANDS OF HOYT, PORTION OF SECTION 217 OF MAP
OF INSPIRATION HEIGHTS, ALCA= ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between Lots 213 and 217 of section 217, and more particularly described
in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, TMZEFOM, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment
and exempts it from the requireTents of the parcel map subject to
modification of the structure on Lot 217 such that it shall not be a
second ("granny") unit.
PASSED AND ADOPLHD at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 5th day of January , 1987 by the
