A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND WITHOUT
A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d) OF
SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984,
GUE,MUCH PROPERTY AND THE PABOWIAN PROPERTY, LINDY LANE
JUST NORTHERLY OF LINDY PLACE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between the Guengerich Property and the Paboojian Property on Lindy Lane
just northerly of Lindy Place; and more particularly described in the
attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WfS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exerts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 3rd day of September , 1991 by the following
vote:

All of that real property located in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California described as follows: Parcel "A" as shown on the Record of Survey recorded
in Book 98 of Maps, at Page 5, Santa Clara County records. Excepting therefrom the
following described parcel: beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Parcel "A",
thence along the Northerly line of said Parcel "A" N68056'10"E 123.41 feet; thence
leaving said Northerly line and continuing S28058'19"E 55.98 feet; thence N64017103"E
155.79 feet to a point in the Southerly line of the aforementioned Parcel "A"; thence
along said Southerly line S24017'20"W 54.39 feet; thence S61001141"W 300.97 feet to a
point in the Westerly line of the aforementioned Parcel "A" thence along said Westerly
line N1019'00"E 132.42 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 21,797 square feet and
being a portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 7 South, Range 2 West,

aforementioned Record of Survey, thence along the Northerly line of said Parcel "A"
N68056'10"E 123.41 feet; thence leaving said Northerly line and continuing S2805811911E
55.98 feet; thence N64017'03"E 155.79 feet to a point in the Southerly line of the
aforementioned Parcel "A"; thence along said Southerly line S24017'20"W 54.39 feet;
thence S61001'41"W 300.97 feet to a point in the Westerly line of the aforementioned
