Natarajan 21450 Columbus Avenue VARIANCE to the Zoning Ordinance: Section 1915, side yard setbacks and Section 19.19.30, second units. This is an existing single family lot of 15,198-sq. ft. with an existing 2,660 sq. ft. single family home; a 660 sq. ft. detached garage and an 806 sq. ft. accessory structure. The request to convert the accessory structure into a second unit results in exceeding the maximum second unit size. Also, the structure does not meet minimum setback requirements resulting in a variance request.
