Brian J O'Grady, a single man, dedicates in fee to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a California
municipal corporation, for public purposes including, but not limited to roadway purposes,
together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all public utilities and
improvements in, on, under, along and across the real property which shall be or become
necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare or convenience, the real property
described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B, which is situated in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California.

All that certain real property in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a strip of land across the easterly portion of said parcel of land described as Lot 1 ,
as shown on that Lot Line Adjustment which was recorded as Instrument Number
11760522, on February 3, 1993, in Santa Clara County Official Records, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 1 , said point also being on the centerline
of Cordova Road, thence, along the centerline of Cordova Road, and along the easterly
boundary of said Lot 1, South 37038'07" East, 27.13 feet, (formerly shown as South
37052'00" East, 26.70 feet), to an angle point in the center line of Cordova Road and the
easterly boundary of said Lot 1 , as shown upon said Lot Line Adjustment;
Thence, continuing along centerline of Cordova Road and the easterly boundary of said
Lot 1, South 10041'55" East, 35.07 feet, (formerly shown as South 9°49'00" East, 35.29

point on a curve, having a radius of 155.00 feet, and a radial bearing of North 68°17'12"
East;
Thence, northerly along the last mentioned curve, through a central angle of 6056'52", an
arc distance of 18.80 feet;
Thence, North 28039'40"West, 42.43 feet, to a point on the northerly boundary of said Lot
1 , as shown upon said Lot Line Adjustment;
Thence, along the northerly boundary of said Lot 1 , North 71059,36" East, (formerly shown
