The 45-day public comment period ended on July 22, 2013. This memo covers letters received from July 23 through September 17, 2013. Based on our review of these letters, no further revisions need to be made to the Draft EIR. Additionally, in no case do these letters introduce “significant new information” as defined in the California Environmental Quality ActGuidelines Section 15088.5, including new or more severe environmental impacts, new mitigation measures or alternatives, or information indicating that the Draft EIR is fundamentally or basically inadequate. The vast majority of the late-submitted comments are already addressed in the Response to Comments Document, which is currently undergoing internal review by City staff and will be published on September 23, 2013. 9/18/13 (C:\\Users\\AWeinstein\\Dropbox\\Apple Campus 2\\RTC\\9-18-13 Late Comments Memo to City.doc) 2 3 er B3. ect Trip Distribution, #8: R, Section V.D, Biological ng and Reporting Program eridge Avenue Closing.
