Geology o Cotton Shires has reviewed and is acceptable of the geologic conditions. o The applicant is proposing retaining walls to prevent future driveway cracking. Visibility - Ridgeline development. o Trees have been planted and additional trees are proposed to be planted for screening. o The home has been cut into the ridge. o Roof color - Suggested that a color be selected to blend into the environment rather than a red color Suggest that the applicant re-introduce himself into the neighborhood to notify neighbors of the reactivated application. ACTION: MOTION: SECOND: ABSTAIN: VOTE: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on the photographic exhibits showing the visual impact of the residence following the installation of a berm, landscaping, lowering of the building pad by 5 feet, and lowering of the roof pitch resulting in a building height reduction of 1.5 feet as reflected in Exhibit A and B (attached).
