Changes and Updates to the City of Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 19.28, R1 -Zones to
improve readability and consistency and to evaluate the requirements for Sloped Single
Family Residential lots, the 2 -story design review process, public noticing and story poles

o Development standards for privacy protection will not be modified by the
proposed amendment change

o Standards for geologic review will not be modified by the proposed amendment
change
