Residential Hillside Exception for a 5,769 square foot single family residence on a slope greater than
30%
❑ Geologic
o Property is near the Monte Vista fault line
o Foundation construction is required to be pier & grade beam design, consistent
with standard hillside constructicn requirements
o Public Works will require storm water run -off and drainage improvements,
consistent with standard hillside construction requirements
❑ Trees
o 1 Eucalyptus tree to be removed as it is in the building footprint
o All oak trees on site will remain
o Any additional planted trees will be drought tolerant
