Enclosed please find our interior modifications for Level A of the garage which are
clouded and labeled Delta 3, 4-26-02.
As requested, two full-size wet -signed and two half size unstamped sets of revised prints
with revisions noted below are attached. The description should clarify the extent of
changes.

Changes were made to the interior layout only. No exterior changes were made. In the
leasing area a bathroom vas added and a copy room relocated to allow for a back door
into the garage. The exercise room, recreation room, bathrooms, and steam rooms were
reconfigured to work with a gallery circulation space. Handicapped parking is reworked
for new layout. The garage wall of Storage Room GA37 and Retail Space GA35 was
relocated to increase interior space. Also, an additional bathroom was added in the
community room.

Per your email on Monday, May 20, 2002, I am writing this letter
to confirm our intent to resolve two outstanding Planning
Department plan check comments for Verona Apartments. To our
knowledge these are the only two Planning Department comments; a
revised BMR agreement and review of the planting at the
utilities along th.� south elevation of the high-rise (building
1) . As indicated in your email, occupancy for the project will
be withheld by Planning until these two issues are resolved.
Also, per your email, with your approval of this letter r -he
Planning Department will release the building permit for the
Verona (Building 1 and 2).
