install an air conditioner condenser unit in the front patio of your residence,subject to the
following conditions:
1. The installation being performed by a licensed contractor.
2. Any necessary City of Cupertino permits being obtained.
3. Any damage or maintenance resulting from the air conditioner installation being your
responsibility to repair.
4. Any exposed plumbing and electrical lines being enclosed in a duct that is painted to match
the building.
5. The air conditioner being a very quiet model compatible with a townhouse community, City

Attached is an original picture of our patio, and a rough drawn plan of where the A/C condenser and lines will
be going. I preferred not to take a picture of my neighbors house, but if someone would like to take a look for
themselves, it is the unit to the left of our home. The condenser unit is drawn gray, and the line set cover is
drawn yellow for visibility in the drawing only. Of course the line set cover will be painted the color of the
stucco. I believe that this is the least obtrusive and will look very clean after it is painted.
