The city of Cupertino requires owner' s phone number or cell phone numbers on the permits. I will need that information for units 2215 and 2315 to be able to pull permits and schedule the repairs. The door, I would like my door subcontractor to look at the installation and give his recommendation. The door is out of plumb and out of square and it might just need to have the metal frame removed and new one installed to get this to work correctly. What are your thoughts on that approach?
