I spoke with #2215 and they are on board and excited about being chosen to have the repair
made. The owner is Debbie Sault, her cell number is

parents are the tenants, Beverly and Raymond Sault, - home 408.725.0942, bevnrayl@yahoo.com.
Beverly will be your contact, but please copy Debbie. Debbie is currently out of state.
Beverly will be out from the 5th through the 8th. Both will be back in town as of the

Cesar and I met with Juan onsite today - we looked at the fire door, the location of the
two tests area decks and then went to City of Cupertino to check on permit process. The
city of Cupertino requires owner' s phone number or cell phone numbers on the permits. I
will need that information for units 2215 and 2315 to be able to pull permits and schedule
the repairs.
The door, I would like my door subcontractor to look at the installation and give his
recommendation. The door is out of plumb and out of square and it might just need to have
the metal frame removed and new one installed to get this to work correctly. What are your
thoughts on that approach? I will be getting the permits and scheduling the work onsite
