BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING MEDICATION OF HEAL PROPERTY FROM
ANION SAICH, ETA,L, FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, ANTON SAICH and AM C. SAICH, husband and wife, and
JCM SAICH and VELMA C. SAICH, husband and wife, have executed a
dedication which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the
fae title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate
in the City of Cupertino, described as follows:
PARCEL 1
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of that
certain property described as Parcel No. 1 in the deed from
Virginia Reid to Anton Saich and John Saich, dated July 14,
1960, and recorded July 22, 1960, in Book 4862 of Official
Records, at page 709 in the office of the recorder, County
of Santa Clara, said point of beginning being westerly 31.57
feet distant, measured at right angles, from the centerline
of Saratoga- Sunnyvale Road; thence South 2 14' 21" West
along the westerly line of said Saratoga - Sunnyvale Road, a
distance of 107.93 feet; thence continuing along said
westerly .:rye South 0° 06' 43 East, 27.92 feet; thence
South 89' fi3 12 West, 24.00 feet; thence North 0 06' 48
West, parallel to and 60.00 feet westerly of the hereinbefore
mentioned centerline of Saratoga - Sunnyvale Road, a distance of
135.76 feet; thence North 89 53' 12" East, along the herein -
before mentioned northerly line of Saich property, a distance
of 28.43 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2
BE I`JIING at a point in the westerly line of Saratoga -
Sunnyvale Road and being 25.00 feet southerly of the northerly
line of lot 19, as showr on the map entitled, "Map of the
Goodrich Subdivision No. 1 of the Town of Cupertino ", which
map was filed for record in the office of the recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, on March 16, 1908, in Book "M" of
Kips, page 17 and being westerly 36.00 feet distance,
measured at right angles, from the centerline of said
Saratoga - Sunnyvale road; thence from said point of beginning
North 0 06 48" West along said westerly Line of Saratoga -
Sunnyvale Road, 217.70 feet thence South 89° 53' 12" West
24.00 feet; thence South 0 06 48" East along a line parallel

to and 60.00 feet westerly measured at right angles of said
centerline of Saratoia- Sunnyyvvale Road 211.70 feet] thence
° easterly along a line paxall l to and 25.60 feet southerly
of the hereinberore mentioned northerly line of Lot 19, a
distance of 24.00 feet to the point of beginning.
tMv THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVED that the City of Cupertino
accept said Grant so tendered; and
a
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is here-
by authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
