WHEREAS, ROBERT D. KELLY and IRIS P. KELLY, his wife,
and DANTE SALERA and RM S. SALERA, his wife, have executeu
a dedication which is in good and sufficient form, granting to
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
the fee title to certain real pxoperty for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the center line
of Saratoga- Sunnyvale Road (60.00 feet wide ) and the
southerly line of that certain parcel described In
deed from John Tronis and Mary Tronis to Robert G.
Kelly, etal, dated September 12, 1956 and recorded
October 18 1956, in Bonk :635 of Official Records
in the Office of the Recorder, County of Santa Clara,
State of California at page 598; thence westerly
along said southerly line 60.00 feet= thence northerly

Saratoga- Sunnyvale Road 60.00 feet wide) bO.00 feet

Cupertino accept solid Grant so tenderedf and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and
he Is hereby authorized to record said dedication and
this Resolution.
