BEING A RESOLUTION OF TIDE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FROM
ROBERT W. AND WILLMA M. FORWARD
WHEREAS, ROBERT W. FORWARD and WILLMA M. FORWARD, have
executed a dedication which is ir, goad and sufficient form,
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, the fee title to certain real property situate in
the City of Cupertino, described as follows
BEGINNING at a point can the southerly right of way
line of Stevens Creek Road that bears South 890 35' West
41.25 feet from the northwesterly corner of lot 1 as
shown on that certain map entitled, "Tract No. 1181
Yeeland Heights consisting of two sheets,being a portion
of Lot One of the P. Miller Subdivision, City of Cupertino,
Santa Clara County, California" which map was recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on July 25, 1958 in Book 95 of Maps
at pages 38 and 39; thence from said point of beginning
along the westerly prolongation of the above mentioned
southerly right -of -way line South 890 35' West 317.04
feet to the northwesterly line of lands of Robert W.
Forward and Willma M. Forwa_d as described in Deed
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Santa Clara
County, California on May 17, 1956 in Book 3498, Official
Records at Page 83; thence along the last mentioned
line North 180 48' 39" East 15.71 feet to the southerly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to San Jose -
Los Gatos interurban Railway Company by Deed dated
August 1, 1905, and recorded July 10, 1908, in Liber 336
of Deeds at page 5; thence along the last mentioned line
and parallel with and distant 15 feet at right angles
from the above mentioned southerly right -of -way line of
Stevens Creek Road and its prolongation North 890 35'
East 328. 1.8 feet to a point on the centerline of the
Arroyo de las Calabazas; thence along said centerline
South 461 02' 48" West 21.73 feet to the point of beginning
and containing 0.111 acres ,pore or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'& D, that the City of Cupertino
accept said Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized to record said dedication and this Resolution.
