the following sections as a R~r~ of its fit~cal policy.
Section 1. The estimates of availHble [und balances snd an[i~ipr~ted
revenu~s to be received in zhe General F~,ria aur~na ~~SCai vear 197U-1971 as
sub~itCed by the CiCy Manager are hereby rntif~ed.
