r+esouroes to meet the current and anticipated demand: and
{d) 7t~e Santa Clara Valley Water District and the Q~pertino Water
Utility anticipate a need for an area-wide effort to Lieduoe water

exists within Santa Clara Camty:

this ardinanoe is hereby declared to be unlawful and shall
constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to e~a^eed five

4.02 Suspension.

his otdinanee is necessary for the health, safety and general
welfare o! the inhabitants of the City of Cupertino as per
conditions stated in Section 1 and shall take effect immediately.
