A RESOIlJTION OF THE CITY CCIONCIL OF THE CITY OF aJPERI'INO
AMENDlliG RESOIlJTION NO. 6881 SElTING DATE OF roBLIC HEARING
FOR OJNSIDERATION OF REX:>RGANIZATION DESIGNATED
"EL CAMINO HOSPITAL 85-05"
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6881 initiating proceedings and setting the
public hearing for consideration of reorganization of the area designated
"E1 Camino Hospital 85-05" for August 4, 1986 was adopted on July 7, 1986;
and
WHEREAS, section 56154 of the Government Code requires publication of
the resolution setting the public hearing at least fifteen (15) days prior
to the date of the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, late publication of the resolution makes it :iJ¡possible to
meet said requirement of the Government Code section; and
WHEREAS, a revised legal description and map of the area to be annexed
to the City of CUpertino are available and are attached hereto as Exhibits
"A" and "B".
NOO-, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby sets 6:45 p.m., Monday, August 18, 1986, city Hall
Council Chamber, 10300 Torre Avenue, CUpertino, CA as the time and place
for pubic hearing to consider the reorganization designated "El Camino
Hospital 85-05" and directs the city Clerk to give appropriate notice and
posting.
PASSED AND AOOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 21st day of July, 1986 by the following vote:

Order of Condemnation No. P8390 had in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for
the County of Santa Clara, Palo Alto Branch, a copy of the instrument for which decree was
recorded September 7, 1965 in Book 7096 of Officjal Records, page 193, Santa Clara County
Records, said corner being in the Northwesterly line of that certain 37.92 acre parcel of land
conveyed to the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America by Deed recorded July 29, 1929 in
