WHEREAS, the City of CUpertino is widenin; DeAnza Boulevard from
Stevens creek Boulevard to Eoll.i.n:]er Road, and Stevens creek Boulevard
from DeAnza Boulevard to Baroley Drive; and
WHEREAS, Maràesich CaIp3ny, a Partnership, is the owner of real
property, a portion of which IIDJSt be acquired for street right-of-way and

acquisition of the ~..,1:Y property and the ren:a.meration thereof, all as
