Dear Mayor Chao, Vice Mayor Mooore, Council Member Mohan, Council Member Fruen,
and Council Member Wang,
I am writing to support the modification for the election procedures of the executive board of
the Cities Association of Santa Clara County. In addition, I support Vice Mayor Kitty
Morore's appointment to the CASC board and her election to the executive commitee. While I
do not always agree with Ms. Moore because we do not share a communal brain, I respect that
she acts in the best interest of the community after an extensive amount of research and
ruminating.
