As far as cost goes, I am going to guess it will be about two days, (16 hours), for the first submittal, given that it is rather complicated and the fact that there are several sheets of the map. We recently received a final map submittal for another subdivision project at the subject property. This review request is a bit unusual in that the Developer has requested an “At Risk” review of the final map, meaning that they are still awaiting planning entitlement approval. They are hoping to save time with this approach. They are aware that we will not approve the final map until after they have obtained entitlements (and completed the technical map review) and understand their risk for proceeding in this manner. The existing parcel is being subdivided for condominium purposes to accommodate 59 residential units and pertinent onsite easements. There will also be a 6’ right-of-way dedication along Stevens Creek Blvd which, if you recall, the City requires it be recorded by separate instrument. Please use the link below to access the submittal documents. Can you please let me know if you have availability to perform the technical review? If so, how much from the master agreement should we allocate towards this review so we can prepare the service order?
