The project utilizes Senate Bill 330 and provisions of State Density Bonus law. The Planning Commission considered this item at its regular meeting on June 10, 2025, and with a 5-0 vote that the City Council approve the Development Permit (Resolution No. 2025-09), Use Permit (Resolution No. 2025-10), Architectural & Site Approval Permit (Resolution No. 2025-11), Tentative Final Map (Resolution No. 2025- 12); and Tree Removal Permit (Resolution No. 2025-13).
