FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS PURPOSES
Arroyo Village (Westport Townhomes)
Arroyo Village Community Association, grants to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a California
municipal corporation, for emergency access purposes, together with the right, but not the
obligation, to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all improvements in, on, under,
along and across the real property which shall be or become necessary for emergency access
and the preservation of the public safety, welfare or convenience, the real property described in
Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B, which is situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
Said easement is to be kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind except
public service structures, irrigation systems and appurtenances thereto, and lawful fences.
