ROLL CALL Present: Biswari, Chen, Garg, Lau, Liu, Misra, Mukherjee, Su (6:05 p.m.). Absent: none. Staff: Sonya Lee, Alex Greer. CEREMONIAL MATTERS AND PRESENTATIONS 1. Subject: Youth Led Organization, Cyber For Youth Recommended Action: Receive a presentation from Youth Led Organization, Cyber For Youth, for Teen Commission Highlight Program. Teen Commissioners received a presentation from Cyber For Youth. 2. Subject: Student Advisory Board on Education Conference Recommended Action: Receive a presentation on the Student Advisory Board on Education Conference from Fia Nicolaescu, Education Policy Director for the California Association of Student Councils. Teen Commissioners received a presentation on the Student Advisory Board on Education Conference from Fia Nicolaescu. 3. Subject: Presentation on Disco at Dusk Recommended Action: Receive a presentation on Disco at Dusk from Recreation Manager, Alex Greer. Subject: Approval of Minutes – March 12, 2025 Recommended Action: Review and approve the minutes from the Teen Commission meeting on March 12, 2025. Commissioner Mukherjee moved to approve the March meeting minutes as submitted. Commissioner Liu seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. POSTPONEMENTS No postponements. Commissioners discussed Cyber For Youth. 7 Cupertino Teen Commission Minutes May 14, 2025 Commissioner Su moved to approve Cyber For Youth for a Teen Commission highlight. Vice Chair Chen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 7. Subject: Teen Commission Summer Meeting Schedule Recommended Action: Discuss summer meeting schedule and availability of Commissioners to attend meetings. June meeting: Commissioners Biswari, Chen, and Garg will be unable to attend. Commissioners Misra and Liu are maybe. July meeting: Commissioners Garg, Mukherjee, and Liu will be unable to attend.
