The City Engineer hereby finds that the lot line adjustment requested is between two or more adjacent parcels, that the land taken from one of the parcels is added to the adjacent parcel and that a greater number of parcels than originally existed would not be created. Based on the above facts and findings and by the authority of Section 18.08.010H of the City of Cupertino Municipal Code and Section #66412d of the Subdivision Map Act, said lot line adjustment is hereby approved.
