SUBJECT:ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER-ASA-2020-006, TR-2020-044
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of Marchll,
2020; approving an Architectural and Site permit to allow exterior and landscape modifications to
the existing pool deck area at the Arioso Apartments; and a Tree Removal Permit to allow the
removal and replacement of four (4) protected trees, located at 19608 Pruneridge Avenue, according to
Resolution No(s). 122 and 123.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on March 11, 2023.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens,you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
