A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TRACT
NO. 9635, LOCATED AT 1375 SOUTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD;
DEVELOPER, GREGG C. BUNKER;
ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS; AUTHORIZING SIGNING
OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS - WILDFLOWER WAY
CONDOMINIUM AND RETAIL PROJECT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record final map of Tract No. 9635, located at 1375 South De Anza
Boulevard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final map and improvement plans of Tract No. 9635, be and the same
are hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said
final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the improvement plans.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 7th day of March 2006, by the following vote:
