intersection of De Anza Blvd. and Mariani Ave. is '"esignated for
general commercial land uses with the balance of the zoning district

16. Mariani Ave./Merritt Dr. shall c,- closed to through vehicular traffic.
Both streets shall be cul-de-laced with a design and location to be
determined in conjunction with subsequent use permit applications.
Pedestrian and bicycle access through said street shall be maintained.
There shall be no vehicular access from the zoning district to Merritt
Drive or Lucille Avenue.
17. The properties directly fronting on worth De Anza Blvd. shall provide
a minims 50-ft, landscape setback area from curb line or shall provide
s landsca?ed area adjacent to North De Anza Blvd. with a varied deYtt
with a minimum; area equal to the lot frontage dimension multiplied
times 5C ft. In no case, shall the setback distance be less than 35
