A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
MU W AI LUI AND YUET-LIN Z. SO, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS COMMUNITY
PROPERTY WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, 101 II SANTA CLARA AVENUE,
APN 326-24-025
WHEREAS, Mu Wai Lui and Yuet-Lin Z. So, husband and wife, as community property
with right of survivorship has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in
good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, located at 10111 Santa Clara Avenue,
APN 326-24-025
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 27th day of February 2006, by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION FOR AN AREA TO BE DEDICATED FOR PUBLIC
RIGHT OF WAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES
Being a portion of Lot 19, so designated and delineated upon that certain Map entitled,
"Map of Monte Vista First Addition Monte Vista", filed for record in the Office of the
Recorder of Santa Clara County, State of California on April 10, 1917 in Book "P" of
Maps at page 50, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a the southwesterly comer Lot 19, so designated and delineated upon
that certain Map entitled, "Map of Monte Vista First Addition Monte Vista", filed for
record in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, State of California on April
10, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps at page 50, thence along the westerly line of said Lot 19,
N 24°50'00" W, a distance of 5.00'; thence through said Lot 19, N 65°09'58" E, a distance
of 80.GO' to the point of curvature of a tangent curve, concave to the west, having a radius
of 20.00' and a central angle of 90°00'00"; thence northeasterly along said curve, a
distance of 31.42' to the easterly line of said Lot 19; thence along said easterly line of Lot
19 and along the westerly line of Santa Clara Avenue, S 24°50'00" E, a distance òf 10.00'
to the point of curvature of a tangent curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 15.00'
and a central angle of 90°00'00"; thence southeasterly along said curve a, a distance of
23.56'; thence along the northerly line of Grand Avenue, S 65°09'54" W, a distance of
85.00' to the POINT OF BEGINNING
