A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM ALLAN A. LIN AND JUDY J. TANG, APN 342-16-099,
10555 MERRIMAN ROAD
WHEREAS, Allan A. Lin and Judy J. Tang have executed a Grant of Easement
for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10555 Merriman Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of January, 1997, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follow;
Portion of Lot 73, as shown upon that certain Map entitled, "MAP OF INSPIRATION
HEIGHTS, MONTE VISTA, SHOWING SECTIONS 1 TO 222 INCLUSIVE" filed for record
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on April 1 lth,
1917 in Book "P" of Maps, at Page 13, and more particularly described as follow:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the westerly line of Merdm~ Road with the southerly
boundary of the property line of Lot 73, running thence along the westerly line of said Merriman
Road, NORTH 25.00 feet to a point lying on the boundary of the property line;
Thence leaving the westerly line of the said Merriman Road and running along the said property
line N 89°40, W 10.00 feet to a point on the boundary of that certain property line;
Thence leaving the said property line SOUTH 25.00 feet to a point being along the said southerly
