LANDS OF STOCKMIR; NORTHEAST CORNER OF
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment for
Lands of Stocklmeir at the northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Cupertino Road; and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits
"A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby hereby approves the corrected lot line adjustment and
exempts it from the requirements of the parcel rap.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 2 7 t h_ day of October , 1986 by the
