A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO �" CORDER
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984 SECTION
50, AS SHOWN ON "MAP OF 9TH ADDITION, MONTA VISTA, LOCATED
AT MIRAMONTE ROAD AND STEVENS CANYON ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between lots 49 and 50; of that certain map entitled "9th addition, Monta
Vista" filed for record on April 11, 1917 in Volume P of Maps, page 16,
Santa Clara County Records, and more particularly described in the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7042, as recorded in Book J981 and Pages 530-535,
contains an error in the description of Lot 50;
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act
this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts
it from the requirements of the parcel map. This action shall supersede said
previous action referenced hereinabove as regarding Lot 50.

of Cupertino this 4th day of May

All that real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, being described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 50 as said Lot is shown upon that certain Map entitled
"9th Addition, Monta Vista" filed for record on April 11, 1917 in Volume P of
Maps, page 16, Santa Clara County Records, and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Easterly corner of said Lot 52A as said Lot is shown upon
said Map, said point of beginning being in the Southwesterly line of Miramonte
Road; thence from said point of beginning, along said Southwesterly line of
Miramonte Road North 390 12' 11" West 330.63 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of this desciption; thence leaving said Southwesterly line,
Southwesterly and Southerly along a curve to the left, from a point with a
radial bearing of North 560 29' 27" West, with a radius of 230.00 feet,
through a central angle of 290 45' 46", an arc length of 119.48 feet to a
point in the Southwesterly line of said Lot 50; thence along the
Southwesterly, Northwesterly and Northeasterly lines of said Lot the following
six courses and distances: North 390 12' 11" West 19.59 feet; North 240
33' 00" West 42.89 feet; Northerly and Northeasterly along a tangent curve to
the right with a radius of 45.00 feet, through a central angle of 780 10'
18", an arc length of 61.40 feet; North 530 37' 18" East 29.17 feet,
Easterly and Southeasterly along a tangent curve to the right with a radius of
15.00 feet through a central angle of 870 10' 31", an arc length of 22.82
feet, and South 390 12' 11" West 15.33 feet to the said true point of
beginning of this decription, and containing 0.107 acres of land, more or less.
