A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTING BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984;
BETWEEN. PARCELS 17, 18, PORTION OF 19, AND LOT 37;
SUBDIVISION "A" MONTA VISTA; BETWEEN BYRNE COURT AND GRANADA AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between Parcels 17, 18, portion of 19, and Lot 37; Subdivision "A" Monta Vista;
located between Byrne Court and Granada Avenue and more particularly
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; owner, Monta Vista
Properties; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act
this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts
it from the requirements of the parcel map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino,this 15th day of June, 1987 by the following
vote:
