BOX 580 CUPERTINO, CA 95015 NO -FEE RESOLUTION NO. 7394 FILED Foil RECORD AT REOUEST-OF - ally� Jaw 20 10 21 AM '88 S A H TA G `4:, Y LAURI": L A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINNO APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND K 4 2 3 PAGE 1 4 4 4 WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d) OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984 TRACT NO. 7694, CREEKLINE DRIVE WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment between lots 2 and 3 of Tract No. 7694; and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel map is required; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map. This resolution shall be recorded at the office of the County Recorder.
