RESOLUTION NO. 8789
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUST M NT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL, MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(D)
OF S3LM_DIVISION MAP ACT AS, AMENDED JANUARI 1, 1984 BETWEEN
PARCEL A AND PARCEL B, SAN JUAN ROAD WEST OF CORDOVA ROAD;
LOTUS DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. AND BOBBY G. BELL

WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between lots A and B of the land of Bobby G. Bell and the land of Lotus
Development and Construction, Inc., San Juan Road west of Cordova Road;
and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THFItMM, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the. aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exempts it fr-cm the requirements of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder:.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 2nd day of November 1992, by the
following vote:

Portions of Sections 400, 400 A and 401 as shown on that certain
Map entitled "Map of Inspiration Heights, Monta Vista showing
Sections Nos. 400 to 471 Inclusive" filed in Book "P" of Maps,
page 1J, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the Northeasterly boundary of
abovesaid Section 400 distant S. 29' 45' E. 40.3 feet from the
most Northerly corner of said Section 400, thence alonq the said
Northeasterly boundary N. 29' 45' W. 40.3 feet to the most
Northerly corner of said Section 400; thence along the North-
westerly boundaries of abovesaid Sections 400 and 401 S. 56C 30' W.
