of the homeowners association property. This letter authorizes them to act on behalf of the association in

ARBORIST REPORT

This evaluation was prepared to the best of our ability in accordance with currently accepted standards of the International Society of
Arboriculture. No warranty as to the contents of this evaluation is intended, and none shall be inferred,from statements or opinions
expressed. Trees can and do,fail without warning.
OBSERVATIONS:
Tree No. 97: Deodar Cedar Tree (27" inches diameter at 54" inches above Qrade]
Located at east entrance to H.O.A. adjacent to 22577 Royal Oak Way. Tree is completely dead with no visible
signs of live growth in the canopy. This tree poses an imminent hazard due to its location being close to the
road.
I recommend removing this tree before it fails and potentially causes injury to people, damage property, or
vehicles, and replace it with a 36"Box Redwood Tree
Tree No. 173: Camphor Tree 18" inches diameter at 54" inches above gradeJ
Located at corner of parking area adjacent to 22656 Royal Oak way. Tree is completely dead with no visible
signs of live growth in the canopy. This tree poses a hazard due to its location being close to the road and
parking area.
I recommend removing this tree before it causes injury to people, damage to property, or vehicles and replace it
with a 36"Box Camphor Tree.
Tree No. 235: Ornamental Pear Tree 11 '/Z" inches diameter at 54"inches abovegrade)
Located on left side of walkway to front door of 10039 Dove Oak Court. Tree is leaning over walkway to
house, and when I inspected the tree, i pushed on the trunk, the entire root ball of tree moves back and forth in

the ground by 3"- 4" inches in either direction. This indicates that the root ball has become unstable, and is
beyond being able to re-stake the tree.
I recommend the removal of this tree before it completely fails at the root ball and potentially causes injury to
people or damage to property, and replace it with a 36" inch Box Chinese Pistache Tree
