SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for landscape improvement plans for an existing restaurant, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the landscape plan is in conformance with the conceptual landscape requirements of the Xeriscape Ordinance and condition 5 of Use Permit 3-U-93.
