Please note these conditions carefully. Subsequent submittal of materials for building permits or other entitlements will be checked for compliance with the conditions listed in the Resolution; discrepancies may result in processing delays. She following issues were brought up by a concerned citizen during the public hearing regarding certain activities at the golf course: 1. the noise caused by the fairway being mowed at 4:30 AM. 2. The public address system is being used between 5:30 AM and 8:30 PM. 3. Ongoing mechanical equipment noise. The hours of use are not regulated by the City of Cupertino Municipal Code, but a Code Fhforcement Officer will visit the site to measure the noise levels created by all devices to assure conformance with the Noise Ordinance. we appreciate your willingness in working with the neighbors and the City of Cupertino to help address these issues. Any subsequent planting, once the plan has been approved, should be limited to the planting of trees per Ordinance7$8387. All existing speciman trees shall remain. 5. ENTRY PYLONS/PAVERS The design, color, and any signs that would appear on the pylons require Architectural and site Committee approval.
