The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision within fourteen calendar days. Application Modification to roofing materials and siding materials on existing approved single family home sites in a Pla.-med Development Residential Zoning District. Description Southeast comer of Grand and Santa Clara Avenues, two homes under construction in a Planned Development Zone previously approved for building materials. Action Approved the replacement of roofing material from hardy shake to high definition roofing material and approved the siding from horizontal lapsiding to a vertical plywood siding.
