Please note these conditions carefully. Subsequent submittal of materials for building permits or other entitlements will be checked for ccupliance with the conditions listed in the Resolution; discrepancies may result in processing delays. Please contact cur office if you have questions about this matter. Please be aware that an appeal of this decision can be made by any person within five working days of the decision, if this occurs, you will be notified and a subsequent public hearing shall be scheduled before the City Council. The applicant shall submit a final landscape and irrigation plan for Architectural and Site Committee review and approval. The plan must be in conformance with the City of Cupertino Xeriscape guidelines. It is staff's suggestion that a single row of pine trees be placed West of the existing row of pine trees, because they are showing signs of age. The pine tree suggestion can be ovexb=wd or supported by ASAc. The applicant is approved for a Memorial Garden of 1,215 sq. ft., and 300 interment lots. Permitted uses may include interment of human ashes in the area specified on the above referenced plan. The burial of St. Jude's Episcopal Church members only is allowed. This Use Permit does not include approval of a mausolea, crematory or columbarium. The following interment specifications apply to the Use Permit: a. Oommittal services mist be concluded by five p.m. daily. b. No upright monument or other -ial may be erected, installed or placed on any grave. only flat or flush type manners or memorials shall be erected. Tate use of amplified music/voices, firearms, air rifles or pistols will not be permitted on the church grumds in carriection with interment services. d.
