MODIFICATION OF OONDTIION Oordition No. 10, of Use Permit 25-U-90, approved January 28, 1991, is hereby amended as follows: "Now planting should be directed along the east property line to prohibit views from the easterly residenoes into the site. 'Ihe planting shall be located east of the substation building in an area represented by a line drawn 45 degress from the northeast and southeast corners of the substation operations building to the east boundary line. The remainder of the condition shall continue to remain in effect and unchanged. 3. IOADING No loading of materials onto trailers shall occur along the South side of the Substation Operations building.
