Council tentatively approved the following operating schedule for twelve months: The restaurant shall be open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 am, until 11:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am. until 1:00 am. 2. Taco Bell is to provide security each evening beginning at 9:00 p.m Security shall be responsible for monitoring noise levels (radios, etc.) in the parking lot 3. Both the Taco Bell and Paurs Restaurant parking lots shall be illuminated during all hours of darkness that Taco Bell is open. 4. If any problems arise at the location prior to the end of the twelve month period, the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department may request this item be placed on an agenda for review.
