This letter is intended to inform you of the Planning Commission's
decision, given at its regular meeting of June 26, 1989, to remove the
subject application from calendar and suspend further processing thereof.
This action has been taken at staff's request due to lack of dilligenee on
your part in responding to the city's request for information necessary to
complete the decisionmaking process.
By way of reminder, Resolution No. 4140 authorizing temporary use of the
subject site remains in force until July 27, 1989. After that date, the
City will begin code enforcement action to abate all unauthorized
construction work on the premises.

In response to our letter to you dated May 26, 1989, you indicated to
me in a telephone conversation that you wished the subject
application to be continued to the Planning comission meeting of
June 26, 1989. It was my understanding that, prior to this date, you 41
would provide us with the supplemental materials requested at the May
8, 1989 Planning Commission meeting.
Since we have not heard from you nor have we received the updated
drawings required to proceed, staff will request that the Planning
Commission withdraw this item from calendar and close the file. This
request will be made at their regular meeting of MoEnday, June 26,
1989. The City will also begin enforcement procedures to abate
unauthorized construction work on the premises.
