amended by the conditions oontained in this Resolution.

'Ihe subject use permit authorizes operation of a 1,750 sq. ft. dance
etudio at the west corner tenant space. 2ha hours of oper.ation will
be Morc3ay thz�ough FYiday 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings
9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Zhe maxinaun nwnber of students on the
premises at any given time shall not exceed 20. No adult classes
shall be corx3ucted between the hours of 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Morc3ay
through FYiday.
2he parkirr� need for the dance studio is 15 parking spaces for each
double session.

scale drawing depicting aocurate layout of garking spaces on the
premises.
c) A£ter approval of the drawing, actually provide the spaces on the
site. Zhe parking spaces shall be dimensioned to ftill conq�lianca
with City Standazds.
4. FVNRE INGRFSS DGRFSS EASII�1'TS
The applicant shall sign an agreement to participate in reciprocal
ir�ress/ecJress easements with cwmers of adjoining properties. The
agree�nt shall provide that reciproczl access shall be i�lemented at
such time as the adjoinitx� property oumer(s) is obligated by tha City
of Cupertino to participate in a similar agreement.
5. H E�ICLlJ6[JFZE
Prior to the dance studio apening for business, the property owner
shall construct masonry trash enclosures as needed to contain existing
on site cYimg�sters. The trash e�closures Ehall includa oauod gates; a
chain link aryd rectwood slat gate is specifically precluded.
Final approval of materials and location for each trash enclosure
shall be obtained from the Dirnctor of Cormm�nity Develnpmp�t prior to
construction.
