AGENDA DATE April 3. 1989 SUtBJE Referral from the Architectural and Site Approval Committee (ASAC) regarding landscaping and architectural changes for an approved auto dealership/leasing office to be located on the southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue. • II. !SUES PUBLIC - None STAFF - None ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE Reduction of space frame: The Committee determined that the applicant's reduction of the space frame projection did not meet the intent of condition 25 (which specified a 50% reduction). A condition was added to the ASAC resolution specifying that an additional unit of the space frame shall be deleted around the perimeter. • Relocation of the new garage: The Villa Calabasas Homeowners Association has approved of the proposed location for the garage. The homeowners association requested that the landscaping to be planted along the side and rear of the structure not overhang the fence or shed an inordinate amount of debris into their swimming pool. A condition was added to the resolution in regards to this request. - Landscape plan: The Committee felt that the proposed landscaping is adequate as an interim plan until the sidewalk along the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage is installed. At the time the sidewalk is put in, a permanent landscape plan will be required, subject to approval of ASAC. • ulul v : Y Application ASAC 31-U-88: Approval per the findings and conditions contained within ASAC Resolution 1455.
