USE LIMITATIONS — (GENERAL CIMJERCIAL) Permitted uses for the non residential space may include all uses allowed without the securing of a Use Permit in the City of Cupertino CG (General Ccmmnexcial) zoning district. All other uses requiring Use Permit review in the CG zone shall require Use Permit review. 14. CONSOLIDATE PARCELS The applicant shall consolidate all existing parcels into a single lot. 15. )EDIFICATION OF APPROVED DEVEMPMD" PLAN In the event that the applicant or subsequent property owner shall desire to make any minor changes, alterations or am xdrient of the approved development plan, a written request or revised development plan shall be submitted to the Director of Planning and Development. The landscape plan was approved with the following modifications: 1. Trees along the Granada Avenue frontage shall be Pyrus kawakamii (Evergreen Pear). One additional tree shall be added along the frontage. 2. The tree at the corner of Granada and Pasadena Avenues shall be a Gingko biloba "Fairmount". 3. The two parking area trees shall be Quercus agrifolia (Coast Live Oak). 4. ASAC encouraged you to consider an alternate shrub species for the Nandina domestica (Heavenly Bamboo) proposed in the parking areas.
