ORDINANCE NO. 1968
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AMENDING CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 11.24
SECTION 11.24.150 RELATING TO PARKING PROHffiITION
ALONG CERTAIN STREETS TO REMOVE THE PROHIBITION OF PARKING
ON THE WEST SIDE OF VISTA DRIVE BETWEEN APPLE TREE DRIVE
AND A POINT 200 FEET SOUTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO does hereby ordain
that Chapter 11.24, Section 11.24.150 be amended to delete the following:
Street
Vista Drive
Sides of Street
West
Portion
Between Apple Tree
and a point 200 feet
southerly.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 20th day of September, 2005 and ENACTED at a regular meeting of the
City of Cupertino this 4th day of October 2005 by the following vote:
